INGREDIENTS
• chicken mince 500 grm
• oil 2 tbsp
• salt 1 tbsp
• black pepper 1 tsp
• paprika powder 1/2 tsp
• chopped onions 1 cup
• chopped tomatoe 1 cup
• cubed capsicum 1/2 cup
• cubed carrot 1/2 cup
• crushed cabbage 1 cup
• mayonnaise 1/2 cup
• lemon juice 1 tbsp
• black pepper 1/2 tsp
• oregano leaves 1 tsp
• 1 apple in small cubes
Directions
Wash chicken thoroughly and steam at low flame for five minutes. Let it cool and then shredded. Cut all veggies and add all ingredients in a huge bowl. Give it a good and gentle mix, chicken salsa is ready.Try this fresh chicken salad and enjoy a healthy and delicious meal with your family.
