Weight loose salad

Yeah today we are making very healthy and very delicious salad which makes you to help reduce your weight in few days.
Just try this salad in your dinner time for 4 days in a week and you will be amazed when you see the results! 
Let's make this simple and healthy salad.

*Ingredients*
1= Grated cabbage 1 cup
2= Cucumber in cubes 1 cup
3= Grated carrot 1 cup
4= Finely chopped lettuce 
    leaves 
5= 2 grated apples 
6= Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
7= oregano leaves 1 tsp
8= salt 1 tsp 
9= black pepper 1 tsp
10= olive oil 1 tsp
11= boiled red beans 1 cup
12= lemon juice 2 tbsp

*Method*
wash vegetables thoroughly and pat dry, cut into your favourite style. Now mix everything in bowl and keep in fridge for one hour before eating.
I will recommend this salad in dinner time instead of meals and you will see the results in one week.
