Ingredient
• 5 piece chicken boneless thighs
• 1/2 kg white flour
• Salt 1 tbsp
• Red chili powder 1 tbsp
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• All spice powder 1 tsp
• Paprika powder 1 tbsp
• Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
• Ginger powder 1/2 tsp
• Soy sauce 1 tbsp
• Chill sauce 1 tbsp
• Fresh lettuce
• Shredded carrots and cabbage 1 cup
• Cheese slices
• Mayonnaise
Cooking Directions
1. Prepare the Chicken
Wash and clean the boneless chicken thighs. In a bowl add soy sauce, chili sauce, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder and ginger powder. Mix well and marinate the chicken for 20–30 minutes for better flavor.
2. Prepare the Coating
In a separate bowl add white flour, a pinch of salt and red chili powder. Mix well.
Dip each chicken piece in a little water or leftover marinade, then coat it in flour.
For extra crispiness, double coat the chicken by repeating the step.
3. Fry the Chicken
Heat oil in a deep pan on medium flame.
Carefully place coated chicken pieces in hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy from both sides.
Remove and place on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
4. Prepare the Coleslaw
In a small bowl mix shredded cabbage, carrots and mayonnaise. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix until creamy.
5. Toast the Buns
Cut burger buns in half and lightly toast them on a pan with a little butter or oil until slightly golden.
6. Assemble the Burger
Spread mayonnaise or your favorite sauce on the bottom bun.
Place fresh lettuce leaves, then the crispy chicken fillet.
Add a cheese slice, coleslaw and more sauce if desired.
Cover with the top bun.
7. Serve
Serve hot with french fries and ketchup or chili garlic sauce for the best taste.
