Homemade chicken pizza with melted mozzarella cheese, olives, capsicum, onion, and BBQ chicken toppings

 Yes i know that Pizza is the most popular,delicious and all time favourite meal of all age group.
So today we are making pizza at home with easily available ingredients and you can't believe that you can enjoy exactly the restaurant at home.


*Ingredients for pizza dough*

1: white flour 2 cups
2: yeast 1 1/2 tsp
3: salt 1 1/2 tsp
4: sugar 1 1/2 tsp 
5: warm milk 2 tbsp 
6: oil 1 tbsp 
7: luke warm water as required 

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and use warm water for kneading until it turns into a smooth dough. Now cover this dough with cling sheet and store in hot place for atleast four hours.

After rising the flour in 4 hours now set it in the pizza plate but don't forget to grease your pizza plate.

now we need pizza sauce,as we all know that there are many Pizza sauce ate available in market but i try something new😁

1= tomato ketchup 1/2 cup 
2= chilli sauce 1/2 cup
3= oregano leaves 1/2 cup
4= salt 1/4 tsp
5= black pepper 1/4 tsp 
6= garlic powder 1/2 tsp 

Now spread this unique pizza sauce on your dough evenly.

Now this is the time to add some veggies and chicken and its totally up to you and your taste that what you would like to add, anyway i add capsicum, tomato,onion and my favourite BBQ chicken chunks...

Now this is the time to give our pizza a final touch with cheese,so yeah cheese is your own choice according to your taste and i use mozzarella and chadder cheese.


 Combination of both cheeses can give your pizza a formal flavour and make you a professional chef, and in the end i use black olive, pizza is very delicious but trust me adding olive in pizza is very important part of the taste and make pizza more delicious as shown in this picture..


Now bake your pizza on 475°F for 10 to 15 minutes and always wait for 5 minutes after baking and before serving because it's help to set your pizza and here is the final look..
