Ingredients

1• chicken boneless 500 grm
2• lemon juice 2 tbsp 
3• cheese 1/2 cup 
4• salt 1 tbsp 
5• red chilli powder 1 tbsp 
6• black pepper 1 tsp 
7• all spice powder 1 tsp 
8• cumin powder 1/2 tsp
9• Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp 
10• ginger powder 1/2 tsp 
11• oregano leaves 1 tsp 
12• carom seeds 
13• orange food colour  





Directions

Wash chicken boneless thoroughly and cut into medium 1-inch size cubes.
Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Now add the chicken and marinate it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.




You can add green chilli and fresh  coriander paste for more spice but its totally up to you, these two ingredients are optional.
Now heat a pan and add 2 tbsp oil and set all chicken cubes on pan.


Cooking time is only two minutes from each side so be careful about cooking and don't burn the chicken.
