Greek cuisine offers a wide range of salads and we can do many changes with salad like i did!
Let's take a look on ingredients...
Ingredients :
1= grilled chicken chunks 1cup
2= boiled potatoes 1cup
3= cucumber 1/2 cup
4= tomatoes 1/2 cup
5= grated cabbage 1/2 cup
6= boiled chickpeas 1 cup
7= mayonnaise 2 tbsp
8= 1/4 salt
9= 1/4 black pepper
10= oregano leaves 1 tsp
11= basil leaves 1/2 tsp
12=lemon juice 1 tbsp
13= olive oil 1 tbsp
Method :
Add all ingredients in a large bowl and give it a gentle mix, keep in fridge for 30 minutes and enjoy with any meal.
