Today we are making very delicious and simply festive spicy boiled eggs. This recipe is as much tasty as it is easy to cook and the best part is that all ingredients are easily available at home.

Egg protein is very good for health but most of the people avoid because of their plane tastes, if you add few ingredients then this recipe becomes a very special meal on your dinning table.
let's take a look at the ingredients...
*Ingredients*
1= 6 boiled egg
2= crushed garlic 1 tbsp
3= oil 2 tbsp
4= tomato ketchup 1 cup
5= chilli sauce 1/2 cup
6= Soy sauce 2 tbsp
7= salt 1tsp
8= black pepper 1 tsp
9= ginger powder 1/4 tsp
10= sesame seeds 1 tbsp
12= green chillies and chopped fresh coriander 2 tbsp.
*Directions*
Boil 6 eggs for 10 minutes and peel the skin.
Heat two tablespoon of oil in frying pan and fry eggs for few seconds,now add crushed garlic and only fry until fragrant because if we fry garlic more then few seconds then it smells and taste like burnt food and we don't want to waste our food.
Now add tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and soya sauce, after mixing all sauces now we are going to add few spices.
I just mentioned few because it's really few spices like only salt, black pepper and ginger powder.
After adding all ingredients just give it a good mix and off the stove.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds, fresh coriander and chilli for best presentation.
Very delicious and very easy boiled eggs are ready.
